We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Data Integration Developer to join a mission-critical data migration program for a major Financial Services customer. This role requires a rare blend of Salesforce architectural knowledge, hands-on development expertise, and strong data integration skills using SSIS and SQL. You will act as a key translator between data engineers and the Salesforce development team, ensuring that source data is correctly mapped, transformed, and loaded into Salesforce.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect and develop scalable solutions for integrating SQL data sources with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and ETL developers to ensure SSIS pipelines align with Salesforce schema requirements.
  • Own the data mapping and transformation layer between legacy systems and Salesforce objects/classes.
  • Optimize parallel data loading, improve automation, and reduce load times.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and functional teams, translating business needs into system-level designs and mappings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and data migration best practices.
  • Ability to work with data models and transform legacy datasets into Salesforce-compatible formats.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to "translate" between engineering and business teams.
  • Healthcare project experience highly regarded.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Data Architecture & Management Designer, or similar)
  • Experience with large-scale data migrations and Salesforce CDC, Bulk APIs, or Mulesoft
