ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Consultant to join a collaborative technology team focused on building, customising, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about continuous learning within the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll work closely with consultants, project managers, and technical leads to design and implement scalable solutions that align with client objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Support solution design, configuration, and development within Salesforce, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other declarative tools.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components in line with established coding standards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs.
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality, reliable code delivery.
  • Adhere to structured release cycles and DevOps practices for code deployment and version control.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability of system designs and updates.
  • Provide support to internal and client teams on Salesforce functionality, updates, and best practices.

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and development, including Flow automation and system integrations.
  • Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I, Developer II, and App Builder certifications
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, workflows, and security frameworks.
  • High attention to detail with proven experience in testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management tools such as Change Sets, ANT, or SFDX.
  • Demonstrates a consultant mindset by taking ownership of deliverables, managing time effectively, and maintaining accurate timesheet records.
