About the role:

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and development, with a focus on
CI/CD practices
,
integration capabilities
, and modern Salesforce components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
, combined with a strong understanding of insurance industry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across
  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC
  .
• Contribute to
  lower-level solution design
  , ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural standards.
• Perform
  hands-on configuration and development
  using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (as required), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Establish and maintain robust
  CI/CD pipelines
  using Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Conduct
  code reviews
  and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Build and support
  integrations
  between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware tools where appropriate.
• Support release management processes and contribute to deployment planning and execution.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a
  Salesforce Developer
  , with strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• CI/CD experience
  using Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHub, and GitHub Actions (must-have).
• Strong understanding of
  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC
  .
• Proficiency with
  Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  ; knowledge of Apex is required for maintenance and integration.
• Hands-on experience with
  Salesforce standard development toolkit
  (Visual Studio Code, SFDX, Dev Console, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in designing and building
  integrations
  with external systems.
• Prior experience
  reviewing peer code
  and contributing to a collaborative development process.
• Background in the
  insurance industry
  (highly desirable).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, Agile environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Salesforce
  Platform Developer II certification
  or equivalent.
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds or industry solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
