Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions at one of our esteemed client. If you're a Salesforce expert passionate about innovation and driving efficiency, we want you

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud, including LWC components, Apex, Flows, and Process Builders.
  • Utilize Salesforce DX for efficient development and environment management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Manage Salesforce security, sharing rules, and validation rules.
  • Drive SDLC development with agile and CI/CD practices, focusing on environment and release management.
  • Work with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Azure DevOps toolsets.
  • Implement document automation using tools like Nintex.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of development experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Expertise in LWC components, Salesforce DX, Apex, and integrations.
