Our client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within their expanding maintenance division. The Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving new and recurring revenue through proactive client engagement, strategic account management, and the delivery of tailored fire protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow annual contract value.
  • Manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline with consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Build lasting client relationships and maximise opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
  • Contribute to market insights, competitor analysis, and long-term sales strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within fire services, construction, or strata.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Highly organised, driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Sound understanding of AFSS requirements is advantageous.
  • Current driver's licence essential.
