Who we are seeking

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to jour our Food & Beverage team at Ayers Rock Resort who has;

  • Demonstrated experience in a multi-outlet environment or extensive background within a 5-star hotel, resort or casino at a Restaurant Manager level
  • Exceptional knowledge in food & beverage operations
  • Knowledge of financials and payroll
  • Current Australian certified Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Qualification (or ability to obtain one)
  • Experience carrying out department inductions and on the job training for new team member

About the role

In this role you will deliver people operations across the allocated food & beverage outlets, with primary responsibility for management, recruitment and selection, learning, performance, employee experience, culture development and internal communications. 

  • Lead, train, and manage F&B teams to deliver consistently high levels of service
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, floor management, and service delivery, to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance including budgets, labour, cost control, and revenue targets, implementing strategies to maximise profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace safety standards across all outlets.

Full time Position Available| $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
