Are you passionate about driving business success through people? We're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner for our ANZ region to join team based in Rhodes, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to deliver effective people strategies and drive workforce productivity.
  • Lead talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on HR consulting, coaching, and guidance to managers and teams.
  • Support employee relations, compliance, and change management processes.
  • Champion colleague wellbeing, continuous improvement, and a positive work environment.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' HR experience, including 3+ years in a business partner or consultative role in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to growth and learning.
