About the role

As a Virtual Mentor, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our contact center runs smoothly and is providing high quality, culturally respectful services to jobseekers that meets service delivery targets. You'll support our job mentors with scheduling, reporting and other various admin functions whilst also being the first point of contact for our WFA program, IEA and Parent Pathway programs.  You will provide regular reporting of call center metrics and also liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This full-time role is based in Newcastle

About you

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional phone manner with the ability to yarn with our participants
  • Mentoring or case management experience in an Employment Services field is highly regarded.
  • First Nations Cultural sensitivity
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints
  • Must have WWCC and pass a police check.
