What you will be doing and delivering

We have a new opportunity for Picking Leading Hands to join our Warragul team. The position is structured as a 4-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). This role supports the Picking Supervisor to manage 35 team members across 4 hectares of the glasshouse. As a Picking Leading Hand, you will:

• Training and inducting new team members

• Drive the Picking Tow Trolley

• Undertake Picking to ensure target times can be achieved

• Conduct quality checks of the Picking Team

• Support the Supervisor in additional duties
