**About the role**:
Located at our **Warragul site,** as a Production Leading Hand, you will play a key role in assisting our production processes and ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated individuals and drive performance to achieve our production goals. In this role you will be required to pack, operate machinery and equipment and complete regular checks, as well as gain the opportunity to step up into a Supervisor role during periods of leave.
- Demonstrated experience in a production environment
- Previous experience in leadership and or coaching
- An eye for detail and improvement process
- A proactive approach with positive energy
