Description

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Invoice data entry, routing for approvals, payment runs, and reconciliations
  • Daily bank reconciliations and receipting across multiple entities
  • Processing and payment of creditor invoices (high AP volume)
  • Liaison with external accountants for BAS and tax
  • End-of-month reporting including credit card reconciliations
  • Support continuous process improvement and commercial decision-making

Profile

  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with medium/large ERP - any platform - we'll train you on ours,
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Organised and systematic approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
