We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Finance team as 
Senior Accounts Officer (AP/AR)
. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, collections, payments, and supplier management.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, including offshore colleagues, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews to support professional development and engagement.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority accounts payable matters.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the Financial Controller.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, particularly in reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
