What You'll Be DoingEvery day brings new opportunities to make an impact:
- Partner with departments across the health service to identify and proactively manage OHS risks
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders at all levels on safety matters
- Support team members with practical, real-world safety solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our safety culture
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and organizational policies
- Develop and deliver engaging safety training and awareness programs
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed safety into daily operations

- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety
- Proven experience in OHS advisory or business partner roles
- Strong knowledge of OHS legislation and healthcare industry standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
