What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with departments across the health service to identify and proactively manage OHS risks
• Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders at all levels on safety matters
• Support team members with practical, real-world safety solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our safety culture
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and organizational policies
• Develop and deliver engaging safety training and awareness programs
• Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed safety into daily operations
