This is more than a People and Culture (P&C) role — it's a chance to influence change, foster inclusion, and make a meaningful impact across our health service.
What You'll Do
- Coach and empower managers across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment to succession planning
- Deliver timely, expert advice on policies, awards, and agreements
- Lead return-to-work coordination and injury management in partnership with external stakeholders
- Partner on organisational change initiatives that enhance culture and capability
- Liaise with unions and employee representatives with professionalism and integrity
- Contribute to policy development, continuous improvement, and risk management
- Promote equity, diversity, and psychological safety in every interaction
