What You'll Do

  • Coach and empower managers across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment to succession planning
  • Deliver timely, expert advice on policies, awards, and agreements
  • Lead return-to-work coordination and injury management in partnership with external stakeholders
  • Partner on organisational change initiatives that enhance culture and capability
  • Liaise with unions and employee representatives with professionalism and integrity
  • Contribute to policy development, continuous improvement, and risk management
  • Promote equity, diversity, and psychological safety in every interaction
