About the Role:

We are seeking a Personal Care Workers - Direct Care (previously known as Nursing Assistants)to join our team on a casual or permanent part-time basis - Night Shifts

You will be based at Tarragal House located at 107 Karalta Road, Erina NSW 2250

This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and looking to join a supportive team who place a great emphasis on mentoring and training.

Daily duties:

  • Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition
  • Contribute to care plans and documentation
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in aged care desirable;
  • Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing;
  • Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and
  • Has an interest in working with the elderly.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in Aged Care
