Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist looking to grow in a supportive, caring and patient-focused environment?

At Element Dental, we're a boutique dental practice located in Erina, just one hour north of Sydney and 10 minutes from the beaches & cafes of Terrigal, Wamberal and Avoca.

We're seeking a friendly, professional and motivated clinician who loves helping patients look and feel their best — and has a strong interest in orthodontics and preventative care (training provided for those without clear aligner experience).

What We Offer

  • $70/hour + Super (based on experience & days worked)
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus (after 12 months, min. 3 days/week)
  • $2,500 annual CPD allowance
  • Part-time 2-3 days/week, including some Saturdays ($120/hour + Super) with opportunity for more days
  • Family-friendly hours and an encouraging team culture
  • Dedicated dental nurse

  • Adec 500 chairs with EMS scalers & perio tips

  • Trios 3 intra-oral scanner & Sirona XG3D
  • Bose sound system & ceiling TVs
  • A highly organised practice focused on making your day smooth and enjoyable

About You

  • Qualified Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA registration
  • 2+ years experience preferred
  • NSW Radiation Licence (for OPG, BWs, PAs)
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • A caring personality with a genuine passion for patient wellbeing
  • Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident (sponsorship is unavailable).
