Our clinic in Erina is currently seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.

The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 8am - 5:15pm.

Role Overview:

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries and bookings professionally.
  • Advising patients of preparation for relevant scans.
  • Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.
  • Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
