About the business

Erina kindergarten at Erina kindergarten we are seeking educators to work at our facility at Erina.

You will work with a team of dedicated educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality standards (NQS).

Requirements for the role;

• Cert 3 qualified (ACECQA Approved)
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training months current)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff
• Be an advocate for nature play and support sustainable practices
• Solid understanding of the programming and planning cycle
• Have the ability to foster children's imagination, curiosity and creativity
• Ability to build respectful relationships with fellow educators, families, children and other professionals

Your New Role

As an Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for working with your team and driving our vision at Erina kindergarten. The day to day may consist of:

• working with a team of a passionate educators
• implementing engaging programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Building strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
• working alongside our team to enhance our program and community engagement efforts.
