Assistant Restaurant Manager - full-time contract

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years' experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in fine dining
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and support a large team
  • Experience in high-volume service with big covers during peak periods
  • Confident in rostering and managing operations smoothly
  • Clear communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • A natural people-person with a strong customer-first mindset
  • Resilient under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Full Australian working rights and availability to work nights and weekends

This role reports directly to the Restaurant Manager and General Manager – a fantastic opportunity to be mentored by some of the industry's best.
