We are currently seeking for AO3 HR Administrator on behalf of our client to provide human resources administrative support and referral information to managers and staff for human resource activities across the department.

**About the role**:
As a member of the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for:

- Vacancy processing
- Appointment processing
- Undertaking ESS central role
- Maintaining establishment details
- Document control and record management
- Compliance reporting

**About You**:

- Experience working in government & understands the environment
- Experience in similar role highly regarded
- Aurion, Springboard and My.Appointment systems knowledge highly advantageous
