We are seeking a customer service orientated assistant for our hair & beauty warehouses in Newcastle.

A background in the hairdressing industry is essential.

You would be joining a company, which has 31 stores nationwide and sells all the major brands in the hair and beauty industry.  With approximately 6000 sku's our business has a diverse range of products.

To be successful you must:

  • Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Have experience in sales.
  • Have a great eye for detail.
  • A hairdressing background is essential as these products are the main focus of the business

Key responsibilities include:

  • In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.
  • Picking, packing and invoicing orders.
  • Restocking shelves and displays.
  • Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.
  • Assisting with general administration duties

Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.

Position is 3 days a week  - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - hours 8am - 5pm
