We're seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Elegance Lounge Seafood Bar and Grill, a premier destination for refined seafood dining in Devonport. This is a rare opportunity to shape a menu that blends craftsmanship, sustainability, and evocative storytelling, serving guests an experience as memorable as the meal itself.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior kitchen role (Head Chef or Sous Chef)
  • Proven leadership in high-end or seafood-focused venues
  • Passion for creative menu development and seasonal sourcing
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, compliance, and team management
  • Ability to uphold and evolve our brand's elegant, ocean-inspired identity
