Westralia Springs is a trusted leader in suspension solutions for 4WDs, light trucks and heavy vehicles. As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a driven and professional Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating outstanding customer experiences. We're looking for attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn — and in return, we'll provide full training, a supportive team, and a clear path for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming enquiries and sales orders with efficiency and care
  • Provide quotes, product information and accurate order entry
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and orders to ensure smooth customer experiences
  • Liaise with suppliers and our workshop team to coordinate dispatch and deliveries
  • Resolve issues with a solutions-focused mindset and friendly communication
What You Bring:
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality service
  • Ability to stay organised and work effectively within a team
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred (automotive or industrial industries a bonus)
