About The Role
Drivetrain are seeking a Customer Service Representation to join our team in Welshpool as the first point of contact for all customer interactions. You'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and operational support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is central to managing inbound enquiries, supporting both internal and external sales functions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
A key part of your success will be leveraging SAP and CRM systems to monitor customer activity, follow up in a timely manner, identify new opportunities, and escalate qualified leads to the business development team.
You'll also contribute to the smooth running of the branch by supporting a range of operational tasks that align with broader business goals and performance targets.
This role will report to the Branch Manager and collaborates closely with the Stores Team.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a customer service or internal sales role.
- Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in CRM and ERP platforms (SAP, Pronto, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Desirable Knowledge, Skills And Experiences
- Knowledge of drivetrain, heavy vehicle, or workshop operations.
- Previous exposure with internals sales and customer service.
- Warehousing, inventory, or logistics processes.
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, and operational demands in high volume facility settings.
