Smoke Shack BBQ is a new and exciting restaurant in Mount Colah, serving up authentic smoked meats and bold flavours. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team

Your role:

  • Preparing and cooking smoked meats, sides, and BBQ dishes to a high standard
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
  • Working closely with the team to deliver great food and service
  • Contributing ideas for menu development

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a chef or cook (BBQ or grill experience a bonus)
  • Passion for food, especially smoked meats and BBQ
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
