In the role of Contracts Support Officer, you will be responsible for contract and financial administration, relationship management, process development and data entry and interpretation. You will be required to work proactively, efficiently and with limited supervision.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Applying a strong teamwork and collaborative approach, provide efficient, effective, timely and accurate administrative support to the contracts team deliverables.
• Building and maintaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external clients.
• Use standard computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) and the Internet.
• Provide a range of contract and financial administration support activities, for example - reconcile and pay vendor invoices, manage communication through various email boxes, co-ordinate meetings, maintain spreadsheets, assist in the updating of monthly reports, prepare agendas and minutes, update records on systems, including Document Management Systems and the SAP Financial system.
• Perform accurate data entry along with reconciling, coordinating, and maintaining team records in line with business standards.
