Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for healthcare? We're seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead and grow a dedicated division focused on placing nurses and midwives across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity within a well-established medical recruitment environment. You'll manage a high-performing team, oversee recruitment operations, and drive growth across locum, contract, and permanent placements. International recruitment support via a UK-based office adds a global dimension to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a specialist recruitment team
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, from sourcing to invoicing
  • Set and achieve divisional KPIs and service standards
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates
  • Ensure compliance and quality across all recruitment activities
  • Manage your own placement portfolio with professionalism and care
