About the role

As a Property Manager at LJ Hooker Bathurst, you will play a key role in the residential leasing and property management division of this established real estate agency. Overseeing a portfolio of properties in the Bathurst area, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day management of these investments for their owners. What you'll be doing

1. Conducting property inspections and managing maintenance and repairs
2. Advertising and marketing available rental properties to secure quality tenants
3. Conducting thorough tenant screening and selection processes
4. Negotiating and preparing residential tenancy agreements
5. Collecting and processing rent payments, and managing arrears
6. Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
7. Maintaining detailed property records and providing regular reporting to landlords
8. Ensuring all properties are managed in compliance with relevant legislation

What we're looking for

2. Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities
4. Sound knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulations
5. Proficient in using computers & digital platforms
