About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client-side team and oversee the delivery of construction and refurbishment works across our NSW aged care facilities. This is a delivery-focused role with responsibility for managing consultants, certifiers, and contractors throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

You will lead a pipeline of aged care upgrade projects and infrastructure improvements, typically ranging from $1M to $10M, including both new builds and staged refurbishments in live environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of capital works projects across a live aged care environment
  • Coordinate with design teams, certifiers, consultants, and builders
  • Ensure compliance with NCC, WHS, and the Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act
  • Track and report on project timelines, risks, and budgets
  • Lead tender evaluations, contractor engagement, and scope coordination
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and maintain site-level oversight during delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or client-side project management
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care, health, education, or refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of compliance, design documentation, and tender processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and contractor coordination skills
  • Proactive and detail-focused with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Valid White Card and current Police Check (or ability to obtain)
