Seeking an Experienced Estimator to join our vibrant and young construction company.

The core competency is Remedial Work.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and pricing tenders on projects.
  • Manage timing and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide accurate and concise cost estimates
  • Calculate and manage costs of materials and works.
  • Site Inspections
  • Subcontractor Pricing
  • Tender Meetings

Must Have:

  • Experience in Remedial & Residential Projects
  • Estimating experience and technical knowledge of Construction
  • Experience in meeting delivery targets within required time frames.
  • Pricing, Rates, and Product Knowledge within remedial.
  • Ability to work autonomously

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Construction Management Tertiary Qualification
  • Engineering Qualification
