Location: Northern Rivers and surrounding suburbs
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 35 hours per week, 8 am to 6 pm preferred
Role type: Subbcontract with the potential for ongoing contract work and Casual positions.

The role
You will complete Bond/End of Lease cleans to a high standard, including the possibility to branch out into other similar work such as renovation and commercial cleaning. Daytime work, consistent runs where possible, and a friendly office team to help with scheduling and questions.
What you will do
- End of Lease cleaning in accordance with our cleaning checklist
- Take simple before and after photos, and note any issues
- Liase with our administration team who handle clients and the management staff
- Travel between jobs using your own vehicle (or car pool with partner where possible)
Must haves
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car
- Current National Police Check
- Smartphone for schedules and photos
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Residential cleaning experience (Can and will be provided)
- Current valid Public liability insurance certificate of currency (For Subcontractors)
- Strong attention to detail and a friendly customer service approach
- Ties to the community from people who are locally based are highly regarded
