Location: Northern Rivers and surrounding suburbs

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 35 hours per week, 8 am to 6 pm preferred

Role type: Subbcontract with the potential for ongoing contract work and Casual positions.

The role

You will complete Bond/End of Lease cleans to a high standard, including the possibility to branch out into other similar work such as renovation and commercial cleaning. Daytime work, consistent runs where possible, and a friendly office team to help with scheduling and questions.

What you will do

  • End of Lease cleaning in accordance with our cleaning checklist
  • Take simple before and after photos, and note any issues
  • Liase with our administration team who handle clients and the management staff
  • Travel between jobs using your own vehicle (or car pool with partner where possible)

Must haves

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car
  • Current National Police Check
  • Smartphone for schedules and photos
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Residential cleaning experience (Can and will be provided)
  • Current valid Public liability insurance certificate of currency (For Subcontractors)
  • Strong attention to detail and a friendly customer service approach
  • Ties to the community from people who are locally based are highly regarded
