We are seeking experienced casual cleaners to join our growing team, with a primary focus on End-of-Lease cleaning for residential properties. Our main customers are Real Estate Agencies with properties located in Inner West, St George, Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD and Canterbury-Bankstown.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in deep cleaning, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform End-of-Lease cleaning to a high standard
  • Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and interiors
  • Follow cleaning checklists to ensure all areas are completed
  • Maintain a high level of detail and presentation
  • Travel to different properties as required
  • Use a mobile phone to receive job details and communicate
  • Work independently or as part of a small team when needed

Requirements

  • 2+ year of professional cleaning experience (End-of-Lease preferred)
  • Must have own car and valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency
  • Familiar with cleaning products and equipment
  • Reliable, honest, and punctual
  • Comfortable using mobile apps/technology
  • Flexible availability — hours may vary depending on bookings

Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided.
