At Ross Care, we believe in being seen, heard, and empowered - not just for our participants, but for our staff too. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Disability Support Workers who can bring their skills and heart into the role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals.
  • Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene, mobility, meals).
  • Helping with household tasks – meal prep, cleaning, laundry.
  • Transporting participants to work, school, appointments, or outings.
  • Encouraging community participation (movies, sports, library visits, coffee catch-ups).
  • Keeping accurate records and case notes.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years' disability support experience
  • Certificate III in Disability (or equivalent)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Full driver's licence + comprehensive car insurance
  • Manual Handling competency
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes for shifts
