We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Front of House staff at our vibrant and popular establishment located in the heart of Perth CBD. As a member of our wait staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and upholding our strong reputation for outstanding service. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly, offering menu suggestions and catering to any dietary preferences or requirements.
  • Serve food and beverages to tables with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
  • Maintain a clean and organised dining area at all times, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and re-setting tables for the next guests.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of food and drinks.
  • Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information and upsell when appropriate.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising our point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with relevant health regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required as we provide training.
  • We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn above all else.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • A passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.
  • Must have RSA certificate.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
