We have offices in Bendigo and Shepparton and work with people in regional and rural Victoria who experience disadvantage relating to their housing, family, relationship, consumer, economic, social and civil rights.
About the role

The team also supports service coordination, volunteers and community legal education through agreed processes. Para-legal support for the lawyers can also be required as part of the role.
As part of the Intake Team, the Administration Coordinator assists with delivery of intake and reception services. The role will require the appointee to identify a client's legal or housing concerns, provide appropriate information and referrals to both in-house and external services and, where appropriate, book appointments.
The office coordination part of the role will require the appointee to work with the Facilities Officer, IT Manager, and Director of Operations to be the first point of call for the Shepparton office of ARC Justice relating to facilities, technology, fleet cars, and other day-to-day matters.
