is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Junior IT Support Technician who's ready to kick-start their career in IT and grow within a supportive, hands-on team.

What's this role all about?

This is an entry-level, hands-on role where you'll be learning the ropes of IT support. You'll work alongside senior technicians, helping clients on-site and remotely with day-to-day technical issues and small projects.

You'll get exposure to:

• Building and troubleshooting PCs, printers, and networks
• Setting up new users, devices, and software (Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.)
• Supporting clients on-site across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, and remotely across Australia
• Learning real MSP tools like Datto RMM, Autotask, IT Glue, and more

We'll support your growth with paid training and certifications in areas like Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity.

What's this role all about?

We're after someone who:

• Has either studied (or is studying) Information Technology (a Cyber Security focus is a bonus, but not required), or is generally tech savvy
• Has a solid grasp of computers, networks, and how things connect
• Might have built their own PC or helped friends and family with tech problems
• Has a driver's license and vehicle (you'll visit client sites)
• Has a friendly and customer-centric personality
• Is curious, reliable, and motivated to grow in the IT industry
• Communicates well and enjoys helping people solve problems

Experience in an IT helpdesk or MSP environment is great but not required - attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn matter more to us.

Starting salary: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

This role is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Applicants out-of-state will not be considered for this role.
