We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join Logistics team on full-time permanent basis at our Broadmeadows site. You will be backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, plasma deliveries, waste collection, and courier bookings. You'll also support inventory transfers and contribute to key performance reporting.

Your Role
Reporting to the Logistics Administration Supervisor, you will:
Receipt direct and indirect materials within the inventory management system and ensure Purchase Order non-conformances are documented appropriately.
Maintain excellence in safety through accountability and help simplify processes.
Upload information relating to inbound plasma deliveries within LOGIC.
Coordinate time slots for both raw materials and plasma booking of selected vendors within agreed timeframes.
Help with coordination and management of inventory transfers between 3PL warehouses.
Manage waste collection and assist with data collection and reporting of Logistics KPI's.
Your skills and experience
Proven experience in administration or as an operator in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.
Proficiency in Windows applications and inventory systems (SAP preferred).
Demonstrated report writing skills.
Completed a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent.
