Our client, a cold storage warehouse facility based in Broadmeadows are searching for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join the team Must have great organisation skills, about to multi task and work within a warehouse / office environment.
**About The Role**:

- Data entry of orders into warehouse management system (training available)
- Stock Inventory and generation of picking orders for warehouse staff
- Taking inbound calls from customers and entering their orders
- Dealing with freight companies to schedule transport
- Point of contact for warehouse and internal stakeholders
- Accepting delivery dockets from drivers on delivery
- General administration and file management
- Using Microsoft suite programs including word and excel
- Previous warehouse experience highly regarded
- Ability to communicate with internal staff and customers over the phone
- Mature minded with a friendly nature

**About You**:

- Drivers License Required.
- Must have full working rights
- Great knowledge of Microsoft suite programs (outlook, word & excel)

- Great Communication Skills.
- Great Time Management Abilities.
