About The Opportunity

Programmed's Facility Management department are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Warrnambool. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for providing maintenance to the facilities throughout the contract. In this role, you will contribute to the team by building relationships with key contacts, stakeholders and service providers while ensuring the scheduled maintenance is adhered to. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energic self-starter to join our Warrnambool team.

Reporting to Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for conducting regular audits of vendor work to identify and rectify issues prior to DFFH inspections. Ensuring make good works are completed efficiently to minimise abatements. Acting as liaison between DFFH, the contract team, and vendors to improve communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and posses' leadership qualities to undertake part in future advancement opportunities.

About you

To be successful in this challenging role, you will require:

  • Well-developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
  • Good administrative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the management of sub-contractors favourable
  • Customer service and administration skills and experience
  • Ability to work in fast past environment
  • A strong customer focus and ability to build customer relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Trade background – favourable but not required.

Key responsibilities –
  • Job allocations and general administration tasks
  • Respond to customers queries
  • Job management with multiple trades
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
