ChoiceOne are looking for a motivated Welder / Fabricator who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive team environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welding and assembling products to high quality standards
  • Working from engineering drawings and tolerances
  • Completing work orders and recording time accurately
  • Ensuring work meets ISO and quality standards
  • Collaborating with team leaders, engineering, and other departments
  • Keeping your workspace clean and safe
  • Assisting in other areas of the workshop as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Experience welding to AS1554 standards
  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude
  • Able to pass a DAS & Pre Employment Medical
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
