About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the full range of HR activities, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee support. The role provides day-to-day coordination and administrative assistance to ensure HR processes run smoothly and align with organisational needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across all HR activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR data, and reporting dashboards.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including drafting job ads, scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and logistics to ensure new starters are set up effectively.
  • Support external activities and events that build candidate interest and future workforce engagement.
  • Support annual remuneration and performance review processes and related documentation.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Support culture, engagement, well-being, and internal communication activities.
  • Use HR systems, digital tools, and AI applications to complete tasks efficiently and improve workflow.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes using digital and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems, processes, and workflows.

About you

  • Qualifications in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR coordination or administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position requires you to hold and maintain a valid Australian Defence Security Clearance.
