**About the role**
QIC currently has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Concierge to join our Head Office team here in Brisbane. As the face of QIC, the Corporate Concierge is a busy role working within a high performing team where no two days are the same.
This role is integral to the Corporate function here at QIC managing the day-to-day activities of the Welcome Desk and working closely with all business support staff across the business to support operations of the front of house amenities to include client spaces and meeting rooms, training rooms, staff kitchens, collaborative breakout spaces and workplace utility areas.
You will be working closely with the Senior Concierge in the delivery of general assistance to the QIC business, projecting a positive and friendly image of the organisation to all stakeholders and the public at large, whether in person or via phone calls.
Role accountabilities also include (but are not limited to):
- Greet guests, stow any luggage or jackets, and escort clients to nominated meeting rooms.
- Assist all clients, visiting staff and contractors with the visitor check-in system as required.
- Answer incoming switchboard calls in a timely and professional manner, call transfers and message taking for staff.
- Utilising the Qsupport FM ticket systems and other forms of correspondence, respond to Facilities incidents and fulfill service requests within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work using FM ticket systems while working with internal Facilities team, service contractors and vendors as required.
- Perform daily inspections of the front of house amenities to identify and address issues to ensure these areas are presentable, working to the highest standard, clean and safe.
- Ensuring all kitchen amenities are functioning, equipped, and serviced daily by the team and external vendors.
- Assist facilities management staff with adhoc administrative duties or project work as required.
- As required work alongside the internal comms team to assist with the planning and setup of inhouse corporate events and catering requirements.
- Carry out Floor Warden and First Aid duties, stay compliant with mandatory training requirements.
- Set up and assist staff with VC and audio-visual systems as required.
**About you**
Key requirements and experience:
- Experience in a broad range of functions in Coworking Community Manager, similar Corporate Reception or Customer Service experience.
- An impeccable telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Impeccable professional corporate attire and presentation.
- Well-developed organisational ability and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated negotiating and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a high degree of efficiency, flexibility, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a busy corporate office environment.
- A bright disposition and a team player.
- Ability to flow well with visitors to the office, and also to maintain a cooperative relationship with other staff.
