About the role:
The Portfolio Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director Strategy & Operations and the Portfolio Executive Leadership Team across the PSH Provost and DVCRE. This position leads and oversees operational activities, partnering with cross-functional senior stakeholders and a team of professionals specializing in analytics, reporting, planning and strategy. Key responsibilities include driving operational initiatives to meet team and functional goals, managing financial and non-financial risks, and enhancing efficiency while minimizing administrative burden and cost. The role demands expertise in financial operations, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a collaborative, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics. The Portfolio Operations Manager must be future-focused, capable of articulating strategic visions and skilled in building trusted relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery within a diverse and impactful workforce.

- Total remuneration valued to $160,095 - $170,833 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
