You would be joining our Creative Services Team, a dynamic in-house team that provides a range of services to help the Borg businesses develop, communicate, and enhance their brand, products, or services through strategic and creative means. About the Role

As a proactive, client-focused Account Manager you will be the key liaison between our clients and internal creative, digital, content and production teams. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring successful execution of campaigns, and helping to grow accounts through input and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment between client needs and agency deliverables.

  • Oversee the development and execution of campaigns, from brief to delivery, including timelines, budgets, and approvals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, production, strategy) to ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Present campaign proposals, creative concepts, and performance reports to clients.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, optimization suggestions, and regular reporting.

  • Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking for assigned accounts.

About You

To succeed in this role you will showcase the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.

  • Previous experience working as an Account Manager in a creative or marketing agency would be highly regarded.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
