About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves technology and wants to be part of real business transformations. You'll start by shadowing experienced consultants and supporting projects behind the scenes, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud solutions and digital advisory work. From configuring systems and assisting with data migration to helping implement new technology, you'll play a key role in delivering outcomes for clients. The role is fast-paced and varied, perfect for someone who's adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while working on projects that make a real impact.

Our Digital Advisory division helps businesses embrace cloud technology to streamline operations and drive growth. We work with clients across Australia, delivering services such as system reviews, software selection, implementation, and ongoing support.

In this role you'll:

• Shadow experienced consultants and support projects across multiple industries
• Assist with system configuration, data migration, and technology implementation
• Conduct client workshops and follow-up activities to capture requirements
• Research and evaluate cloud-based solutions, including AI and workflow automation tools
• Liaise with software vendors and prepare proposals for client approval
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
• Document processes and create clear, user-friendly guides for clients

About you:

We're looking for someone who is curious and adaptable, with a genuine passion for technology and innovation. You'll thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with clients and have the ability to translate technical jargon into clear, simple language. You are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to business transformations that make a real impact.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Love technology and exploring new tools (including AI and workflow automation)
• Are comfortable learning and using new software
• Have a strong interest in business operations and process improvement
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into plain language
• Have high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Have a degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)

Desirable:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Familiarity with Xero, Dext, ApprovalMax and Employment Hero would be desirable
