About the Role

This is a non-digital marketing role designed for someone eager to work across physical campaigns, activations and live event delivery. You'll report to the Head of Integrated Marketing and work alongside a creative, tight-knit team who bring our brand to life across the state.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating local area and traditional marketing campaigns (print, radio, PR, signage, etc.)
  • Supporting the rollout of merchandise, signage and promotional materials
  • Delivering community activations, giveaways, and partnership promotions
  • Assisting with on-ground marketing delivery at live events
  • Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to execute campaigns
  • Supporting campaign tracking, reporting and logistics

About You

You are around 2 years into your marketing career and looking for the kind of role where you can get stuck in and really grow. Maybe you're from tourism, events, hospitality or the arts — either way, you've got a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and love seeing creative ideas come to life.

You'll also bring:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing (non-digital/traditional campaign experience essential)
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and juggling multiple priorities
  • A passion for music, arts or culture – and a belief in their power to bring people together
