RWC Medical is a commercial real estate agency with a specialist focus on Healthcare Sales and Leasing. We are a small but fast-growing team passionate about connecting doctors, specialists and allied health professionals with the right properties and career opportunities.

With a decade of experience in the healthcare property sector, we have built a reputation as trusted agents and advisors. As demand grows, we're now looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Executive to elevate our brand, drive campaigns and contribute to our next phase of growth.

About the Role

The Marketing Executive role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing, from strategy to execution, across property, recruitment and corporate branding.

You'll work closely with the sales and leasing agents to drive lead generation, brand awareness and engagement across digital, social and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for property leasing, sales, and recruitment campaigns

  • Develop Information Memorandums as part of sale and leasing campaigns

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

  • Create content for social media, EDMs, and landing pages

  • Manage property photography, signage and collateral creation

  • Oversee paid digital campaigns and track performance

  • Manage website updates, SEO, and reporting

  • Coordinate client events

  • Manage third-party relationships including designers, printers, photographers and media outlets

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in a marketing role and ability to introduce and manage marketing strategies to the business

  • Experience or knowledge in commercial property / real estate advantageous but not required

  • Strong content writing skills and creative flair

  • Experience in digital marketing, paid social, SEO and website CMS

  • Proficiency with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Hands-on, adaptable and solutions-focused attitude, strong team work skills
