Job Description- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the assigned White Label funder partnership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, customers, and internal teams across the business.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and Strategy teams to ensure products and processes are efficient, scalable, and well managed.
- Shift focus away from manual daily operations by introducing automation and improved processes.
- Design and execute pricing campaigns with funder partners and commercial teams, balancing competitiveness with risk management.
- Collect, analyse, and act on data to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
- Oversee the onboarding of new products and features, ensuring clear communication, training, and readiness across teams.
- Track and deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on initiatives that drive measurable growth and efficiency.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements and operational innovations across systems and workflows.
- Manage budgets, perform monthly reasonableness testing, and drive reduction of revenue leakage.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leaders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
- Proactively raise and manage risks, ensuring alignment with compliance and governance standards.
- Support and coach Associate Product Managers, helping them build capability through guidance and collaboration.
- Experience in Product Management (mandatory)
- Experience in Home Loans, Finance or Banking (mandatory)
- Experience in data & analytics, problem solving and stakeholder management (mandatory)
- The ability to work closely with colleagues of all levels across the Group from CEO down
- Clear communication skills to be able to successfully communicate our priorities, scope projects and oversee delivery on a vision
- And most importantly, the experience in getting stuff delivered
