Join IDEXX as a Field Support Representative and become a trusted partner to our veterinary clients across Eastern Melbourne. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you'll build lasting relationships by delivering expert installation, training, and technical support for our innovative diagnostic solutions. Whether you're known as the go-to troubleshooter or simply love solving problems and empowering others, you'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and clinical success.
You, As The Successful Candidate, Will Have
- A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another Science discipline
- 3+ years' experience in a scientific field, including sales or veterinary nursing.
- A certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Ability to conduct training and share knowledge and be able to adjust training techniques for varied audiences
- Good problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
- Knowledge of diseases and veterinary medicine, and/or an understanding of a veterinary clinic workflow
- Account management or territory planning experience is beneficial.
- Requires up to 85% travel for the role including interstate and regional travel.
