The Universal Hotels Group currently owns and operates several successful hospitality venues in Sydney. We are currently looking for a Hospitality Service Manager to join our team.
Roles and responsibilities of a Hospitality Service Manager include:
· Planning, organising, and supervising bar, restaurant, and function services, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
· Coordinate, plan, and manage reservations, events, entertainment, and gaming activities to meet customer expectations.
· Supervise venue security, property maintenance, and general upkeep to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
· Monitor and ensure full compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, food safety standards, and all relevant health and safety legislation.
· Evaluate guest satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance customer loyalty and service quality.
· Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
· Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff, ensuring team members are motivated, well-trained, and delivering consistent service standards.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply.
Skills and Qualifications:
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
· At least 1 year minimum experience as a Hospitality Service Manager or in a related field.
